Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $14.95 for standard postage Australia-wide.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $200.

Please note, we currently only ship within Australia. Please reach out to us for any international shipping enquiries.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We will always aim to get your order out as soon as possible, however please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched.
All parcels will be sent using Australia Post and are shipped from Canberra, ACT Australia. The estimated delivery times within Australia range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes once your order has been shipped, as this is outside of our control. If you require a faster delivery timeframe, please reach out to us directly at hello@spoonfulofsensory.com.au to enquire about express shipping rates for your order.
All orders will receive an Australia Post tracking number once dispatched which will allow you to track your order and its estimated delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that you carefully review the shipping details on your order to confirm they are correct.
Please notify us as soon as possible if your details are incorrect, however once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
If your order is returned to us, you will be required to pay a redelivery fee to have your order redelivered.
